Custom Products & Signage
Due to the personalized nature of our products—including but not limited to custom signs, banners, vehicle wraps, vinyl lettering, and printed graphics—all sales are final once production begins. These items are made to order and cannot be restocked or resold.
Cancellations

Before Production Begins:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or letter). If no materials have been ordered and no design work has started, a full refund will be issued.

After Design Begins but Before Production:
If a cancellation request is received after artwork or design work has begun, the customer will be charged a design fee based on time invested (minimum $50 or as quoted).

After Production Begins:
Cancellations are not permitted once materials are ordered or production has started. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
Returns

Custom Orders:
We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless the product is defective or an error was made by our team.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, or you believe an error was made on our part, you must notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We may request photos or ask you to return the item for inspection. If we verify the defect or error, we will offer one of the following:

A corrected replacement at no charge

A partial refund, depending on the issue

Store credit for future orders

Damage During Shipping:
If damage occurred during shipping, please retain all packaging and document the damage immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but the claim process may affect whether and when a replacement can be issued.
